Sh. Ranjan Kumar, Ld. Counsel for accused no 2 and 3.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that accused no 2 will represent
accused no 1 (the company) and he will file the Board Resolution/Authority letter for
the same on the NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that he has not received the copy of the
complaint along with other supporting documents.
Same be supplied to the counsel of the accused on the email id provided
in the chat box.

Offence being bailable in nature accused no 2 & 3 are admitted to Court
bail, subject to furnishing bail bond/ surety bond in sum of Rs 1,00,000/- each with
one surety of like amount. It is submitted that no sound surety is available today.
Personal bonds along with proper bonds be furnished on the NDOH.
Perusal of the records shows that accused no 4 is not served till date.
Accordingly, Issue bailable warrants against the accused no 4, in sum
of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of like amount on filing of PF, through SHO
concerned, for the next date.

bonds/appearance of accused no 4/framing of notice on 06.03.2023.
