None for thhe accused.
Matter has been taken up twice, however, no one has appeared on behalf
of the accused.
It is submitted that mediation has failed.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that two minutes ago, he gave a
phone call to the accused and he seemed reluctant in joining the proceedings.
Despite repeated calls, no one has appeared on behalf of the accusedand
no reason as such in forthcoming for his non appearance.
NBWs be issued against the accused on filing of PF within 07 days
from today. Process be executed through SHO concerned.
Put for report/ appearance of accused on 01.04.2022.

Accused submits that he was facing connectivity issues, hence could not
join earlier. He is directed to file personal bonds and surety bonds in sum of
Rs.80,000/- each.

He undertakes to do the needful during the course of the day. Accused
submits that he was not able to avail the service of Ld. LAC, New Delhi and he is not
in a position to engage a private counsel. He is further directed to file an appropriate
affidavit of his income along with relevant documents within one week from today.
In view of the changed circumstances, above order for isaunce of NBWs
and the next date alkready fixed are cancelled.
Put up for compliance and further proceedings on 09.02.2022.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per
rules.
