accused as his phone is not reachable.

It is submitted by counsel for the complainant that the accused has been adopting
delaying tactics.
Perusal of record shows that an adjournment was sought on behalf of the accused on
28.09.2024 and oral exemptions were sought on his behalf on 16.12.2024 and 24.07.2025.
In view of the conduct of the accused, the request for oral exemption stands rejected.
It is apparent that accused is evading the process of law and his presence can only be
secured through coercive measures.
NBWs be issued against the accused on filing of PF within 07 days from today.
Process be executed through SHO concerned.
Put up for report/ appearance of accused and further proceedings on 16.12.2025.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
