Matter is fixed for cross examination of DW-1.
An oral exemption is sought on behalf of the accused for today. It is submitted that the
accused has met with an accident and is completely bed ridden. Medical documents have
been sent on email Id of the court. Same be taken on record. In view of the same the
exemption is allowed for today. However, no exemtpion shall be granted on NDOH.
Accused is strictly directed to appear on next date of hearing failing which an adverse
view shall be taken.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that the previous cost is still unpaid. The same
be paid during the course of the day failing which adverse view shall be taken.
Put up for cross examination of DW-1 on 20.03.2025.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
