Present: Sh. Ankit Sharma, AR of the complainant.
The AR of the complainant submits that the main counsel is
facing technical issues in joining the court proceedings.
An application for condonation of delay has been filed on
the email ID of the court. The complainant is directed to submit the
physical copy of the same before the next date of hearing.
Issue notice of the above application to the proposed
accused at the address mentioned in memo of parties. The notice must
clearly mention that in the absence of proposed accused, the
application will be decided on merits. The proposed accused is at liberty
to file a reply to the above said application.
The complainant is directed to submit an extra copy of his
application within 4 working days from today to be sent to the proposed
accused. He is also directed to send the above notice through speed
post/ approved courier and file the tracking report on the next date of
hearing.

The complainant is at liberty to send the notice of the
application also through email or whatsapp on the details of the
proposed accused and filed the requisite affidavit of service on the next
date of hearing.
Put up for report/ appearance of proposed accused/
arguments on application on 10.03.2021.

upload the order as per rules.
