Present: Sh. Arvind Jha, Ld. counsel for the complainant along with AR.
Sh. Suyash Pandey, Ld. counsel for the accused along with accused.
Surety bonds received, however same is not properly filed as the documents of
surety is missing.
Ld. counsel for the accused undertakes to file it afresh latest by tomorrow.
Heard and allowed by way of last and final opportunity. Surety to strictly appear on the
NDOH, failing which heavy cost shall be imposed.
An application u/s 145(2) NI Act received on the e-mail ID of the court. Same
be taken on record. Ld. counsel for the accused submits that since the accused was not
keeping well, he could not send an advance copy to the opposite counsel.
Ld. counsel for the complainant requests for sometime to file a reply. Heard
and granted. An advance copy be supplied to the opposite side.
Put up for arguments on application on 18.11.2022.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
