Present: Sh. Arvind Jha, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
Sh. Aaditya Srivastava, Ld. counsel for the accused along with accused.
An application for waiver of cost has been moved by the Ld. counsel for the
accused.
He submits that he tried to appear virtually on the LDOH, but could not do so
due to some technical glitch.
Submissions heard.
In view of the submissions made and in the interest of justice the cost is
hereby waived of to the extent of Rs.1500/- and the cost which is now to be paid to the
complainant is Rs.1,000/-.
At this stage, cost of Rs.1,000/- is paid to the complainant. Same is confirmed
by hte complainant.
Matter is fixed for SA.
Statement of accused u/s 313 CRPC r/w Section 281 CrPC recorded. Accused
has opted to lead DE.
Ld. counsel for the accused undertakes to file application u/s 315 CrPC on the
NDOH. Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that he has no objection if the oral
application u/s 315 CrPC is allowed.
In view of the submissions, oral application u/s 315 CrPC is allowed.
Put up for DE on 25.06.2024.
Date is given at the convenience of both the parties.
A is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
