for substitution of AR for the complainant along with board resolution on the email id
of the Court. Heard on the said application. Record Perused.
Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that previous AR for the
Complainant has been changed and now Sh. Navneet Mavi be allowed to represent
the complainant. Sh. Navneet Mavi is so allowed to represent the complainant.
Board resolution is taken on record. Accordingly, application is disposed off.
No report of summons received back.
The Ld. Counsel for the complainant has filed the tracking report.

Despite service, none appeared on behalf of the accused. It appears that
accused is deliberately/intentionally not appearing before this court.
Accordingly, issue bailable warrants against the accused in sum of Rs.
10,000/- with one surety of like amount, through SHO concerned, on filing of PF by
the complainant within 15 days, returnable for the NDOH.
