In the light of Sec. 142A(3) of the NI Act, 1881 the present complaint stands transferred to the above-mentioned court of Ms. Tista Shah, Ld. MM (NI Act), Digital Court-02, PHC, New Delhi. The complainant to appear before the concerned court on 27.06.2022. Reader-cum-Ahlmad is directed to send this order-sheet to the above- mentioned court. Reader is further directed to dispose of the case as ‘transferred’ from the CIS as per rules. PA is directed to update the case and upload the order as per rules.
