An oral exemption is sought on behalf of the accused no 2 and 3 for today. Heard
and allowed. Let consolidated cost of Rs.3000/- to be imposed on the accused no. 2 and 3
to be paid to the complainant.
However, no exemption shall be granted on NDOH. Accused is strictly directed to
appear on next date of hearing failing which an adverse view shall be taken.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that the proposal of settlement given by the
accused has not been accepted by the complainant company and requests that the matter
shall now be proceeded on merits. Allowed.
Both the parties are strictly directed to appear in person on next date of hearing
failing which an adverse view shall be taken.
Put up for CE on 20.02.2026.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
