Since the offence is bailable, accused is admitted to
bail subject to furnishing of Bail Bonds in the sum of Rs.
5,000/- , with one surety of like amount .
Ld. Counsel for accused seeks time to furnish the
bail bonds. Heard and time granted.
Ld. Counsel for accused submitted that he has not received copy
of complaint. Let a copy of the complaint be supplied to Ld.
Counsel for the accused.
Ld. Counsel for the accused is directed to ensure
the appearance of support person alongwith the accused.
Furthermore, until copy of the complaint is received, accused
will be at liberty to appear through VC.
Be put up for furnishing of bail bonds and framing
of NOA on 16.12.26. Accused is directed to appear in person on
the next date of hearing.
Complainant is directed to furnish all the previous
ordersheets in the matter.
