The only address of Award Debtor situated within
jurisdiction of this court pertain to Connaught Place and it is even
conceded by ld. counsel that AD has closed its establishment at
this address. None of other given addresses are situated within
territorial jurisdiction of this court, hence, this court cannot take
any action in respect of these properties. In such situation, this
petition is disposed with liberty to the Award Holder to approach
the court concerned under whose jurisdiction any assets of AD is
found to be located.
