order dated 30.08.2025 passed by Ld. JMFC-06, Patiala House Court, New
Delhi District, New Delhi in FIR No. 07/2023 whereby the
respondent/accused was discharged for the offence u/s 279/338 IPC.
2. An application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act seeking
condonation of delay in filing the present revision petition has also been filed
along with present petition.
3. Heard. Record perused.
4. Issue notice of the revision petition as well as the application for
condonation of delay to respondent, subject to filing of PF/RC, for the next
date of hearing.
5. Put up for appearance of respondent, reply and arguments on
