awaited. Meanwhile, issue fresh notice to respondent No. 1 through all
permissible modes on filing of PF, for the next date of hearing.
Report has been received from Dr. RML Hospital stating
that the Medical Board was constituted but the petitioner did not report
on the date fixed. Upon enquiry, same has been admitted by Ld. Cousnl
for the petitioner. Petitioner is directed to get her medical assessment at
the earliest possible.
Ld. Counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that she has not
received the copy of claim petition yet. Let the copy of claim petition
be supplied to Ld. Counsel for respondent No. 1 against due
endorsement. Respondent No. 1 is directed to file the WS within 30
days from the date of receipt of claim petition with an advance copy to
opposite party.
