Insurance Company. Be taken on record.
Ld. Proxy Counsel for Insurance company submits that
they have not received the copy of petition. Ld. Counsel for the
petitioner submits that he shall supply the copy of petition.
Let reply be filed within 30 days on receipt of copy of
petition with an advance copy to opposite party.
On filing of complete certified copies of documents of
criminal case record along with PF/RC/courier, let notice be also issued
to the respondent No. 1 by all the prescribed modes, including notice
through the Ld. District Judge / Senior Civil Judge concerned for the
next date of hearing. Process be taken dasti if desired.
Issue notice to Medical Superintendent, Dr. R.M.L.
Hospital to file the disability report of the injured on or before the next
date of hearing.
Put up for filing of disability report, reply by Insurance
Company, appearance of respondent No. 1 and further proceedings on
