Company filed. Copy supplied.
Petitioners are directed to file the certified of the entire
chargesheet along with all its annexures and statements u/s 161 Cr.P.C. on
record.
Petitioners are also directed to file an affidavit to the effect
whether or not any other MACT petition or DAR in respect of the
accident in question is pending in any other MACT concerned. In case,
such a petition/DAR is pending, the details thereof shall also be
mentioned therein.
Subject to filing of certified copies of the entire chargesheet
and the above-mentioned affidavit, let notice be issued to R-1 on filing of
PF/RC/AD/authorized courier for the next date of hearing.

Outstation ordinary process be also served through Ld.
PDJ/Ld. CJM concerned for the NDOH.
Now to come up on 16.10.2025.
Short date is not possible as there is pendency of about 3000
cases out of which approx. 500 cases are old matters, which shall be taken
up on priority.
