An application has been filed for issuance of fresh
NBWs against accused Maninder Singh submitting that earlier NBWs
could not be executed.
On the other hand, anticipatory application has been
filed on behalf of accused submitting that notice u/s 67 NDPS Act
could not be served as accused was having dispute with his family,
was living separately at 759, Ist Floor, Sector-4, Karnal and further
submitted that accused Maninder Singh is ready to join the
investigation as and when required by the IO.
There is a recovery of 50gm of opium in this matter. IO
is directed to check the location of the accused from the period of
service of notice till today and accused Maninder Singh is directed to
supply his mobile number to the IO with direction to join the
investigation as and when required by the IO. Till next date of hearing,
interim protection from arrest is granted to accused/applicant
Maninder Singh.
