    Applicant/plaintiff seeks return of original Court
    fees certificate.
    As per order dated 08.09.2022 in case C.S. no.
    52/2022, titled “Kewal Singh Chhatwal vs. Bank of Baroda”, the
    suit was dismissed as withdrawn with order for refund of paid
    Court fees.
    Certificate was issued by the Reader entitling the
    plaintiff to refund of Court fees paid.
    Now plaintiff wants back original Court Fees
    Certificate as prayed in present application.
    Subject to receipt of certified copy of the e-court
    fees certificate; Ahlmad is directed to deliver the original Court
    fees certificate to the plaintiff/Counsel against proper receipt
    subject to identification by plaintiff Counsel.
