parties have compromised the matter in the Mediation Cell,
Patiala House Court. As per mediation terms, parties will be
residing together from today for three months period in a rented
accommodation. Further, appellant/ husband is to pay Rs.2,000/-
to his wife/respondent as pocket money for her personal
expenses, apart from this, expenses for the education of child to
be paid by the appellant.
Ld. Counsels request for adjournment of the present
matter as it is mentioned in the order that the matter pending
before this court shall be withdrawn within three months if the
settlement is successfully executed. Accordingly, present matter
