applicant/accused.

This is the anticipatory bail application U/s 438 Cr.P.C.
moved on behalf of applicant/accused Rajat Keshriya.
Reply to the bail application by investigating officer filed.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the applicant/accused the
applicant/accused Rajat Keshriya is ready to disclose all the relevant details
and join the investigation.
On the other hand it is submitted by the IO that the
applicant/accused is evading the joining of investigation despite service of
notice U/s 41A Cr.P.C.
In view of submissions, the applicant/accused Rajat
Keshriya is directed to join the investigation on 10.12.2022 at 10.00 AM
IO/SHO concerned is directed not to take any coercive action against
the applicant/accused Rajat Keshriya till next date.
Be put up for further arguments on the bail application on
13.12.2022.
Copy of this order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel for the
applicant/accused, as required.
