Reply filed by the IO to the bail application.
Ld. Counsel for applicant/accused submits that
applicant’s son and complainant have instituted several cases
against each other arising out of marital discord and complainant
has left the matrimonial home with all her istridhan in June,
2023. He further submits that several rounds of talks were held
between both the parties, however, no fruitful outcome was
achieved due to non-compromising and stubborn attitude of the
complainant and her family members. He further submits that
present FIR has been registered to arm twist the
applicant/accused who is aged about 63 years. He further submits
that there are no specific allegations of beatings/harassments
against the applicant/accused. He further submitted that
applicant/accused is ready to join the investigation.
Considering the above submissions of Ld.
Counsel for applicant/accused, present applicant is directed
to join the investigation as and when called by the IO.

19.12.2023.
Till then, no coercive action be taken against the
applicant/accused.
