This is an application moved on behalf of
applicant/accused Siddhesh Shirish Kawathalkar for grant of
anticipatory bail.

It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the applicant
that the applicant is ready to join the investigation but
apprehends his arrest, hence the present application.
It is submitted by the IO that charge-sheet in the
present case has been filed against the other accused persons. It is
submitted that the applicant was issued notice to join the
investigation. When he did not join the investigation, NBWs
were got issued against him.
In the conspectus of facts, applicant is directed to
join the investigation immediately.
