This is an application for grant of bail under Section 439
Cr.P.C. moved on behalf of accused/applicant Ramkesh Meena.
During the course of arguments, Ld. Counsel for
applicant/applicant submits that the charge-sheet in the present case
has already been filed. IO endorsed the submission made by the Ld.
Counsel. It is further submitted that the charge-sheet is pending for
committal before the Ld. MM court and the same is fixed for
12.12.2023.
Ld. Counsel for accused/applicant submits that he will
file an application for bail before the concerned court after committal
and seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. Ld.
Counsel for accused/applicant is permitted to do so. Statement of Ld.
Counsel to this effect has been recorded separately.
In view of the submissions made, the present bail
application is dismissed as withdrawn.
Copy of the order be given dasti to all concerned.
