Written Statement, Statement of Truth, Certificate under
Section 65B of the Evidence Act, Vakalatnama, affidavit of
admission-denial and an application under Order VIII Rule 1 r/w
Section 151 CPC (running into 24 pages) filed on behalf of
defendant. Copy already received.
Arguments heard on application seeking condonation of
delay of 50 days in filing of written statement on behalf of defendant.
Undisputedly, copy of complete paper book including
plaint and documents were supplied to the defendant on 20.10.2023
through e-mail and further, written statement has been filed by
defendant within condonable period of 120 days, however, in the
interest of justice, the delay stands condoned subject cost of Rs.
7,000/- to be paid to the Lawyers Welfare Fund, PHC, New Delhi.
Written statement would be taken on record subject to deposit.
Liberty is given to the plaintiff to file replication of the
written statements of defendant within 30 days of the receipt of
written statement (s). Along with replication, if any, filed by the
plaintiff, an affidavit of admission / denial of documents of defendant
be filed by the plaintiff, without which, the replication shall not be
taken on record.

If any of the parties wish to seek inspection of any
documents, the same shall be sought and given within the timelines.

exhibits of documents, Settlement of issues/Case Management
