In the present case, the anticipatory bail application of two main co-accused
namely Naresh Garg and Nirmala Aggarwal is pending before Hon’ble High Court of
Delhi in which interim protection has been granted to them. The Ld. Counsel for
complainant has also assailed the two bail orders of co-accused namely Vihod Tayal and
Vinod Kumar before Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. In both the bail orders, seven days
protection has been given to both the co-accused persons. It is submitted by Ld. Counsel
for the accused/applicant and Ld. Counsel for the complianant that they wish to argue
the present bail application today.
