Ld. Counsel for respondent no.1 has filed reply to the
application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal as well
as an application u/s 379 of the BNSS 2023. Copy has been supplied
to Ld. Counsel for appellant. Ld. Counsel for the respondent no.1
submits that he shall also supply copy of the application u/s 379 of
BNSS to the Ld. Counsel for the respondent no.2 within one week.
Ld. Counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that he has
not received copy of the application filed by the appellant for placing
on record certain medical reports. Ld. Counsel for the appellant
submits that he shall supply a copy within three days.
Ld. Counsel for respondent no.2 has requested for some
more time to file reply to the appeal.
Let reply to the appeal be filed within four weeks with
advance copy to the other side.
Relist for arguments on the application seeking
condonation of delay as well as on the appeal on 11.07.2025 after 12
pm.
