Ld. Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3 and 5 submits
that respondent no.4 has expired on 06.09.2020. IO submits that
even in the closure report, the said fact was mentioned that he has
expired.
Thus, it seems that memo of parties has been
prepared mechanically. In view thereof, the name of respondent
no.4 is directed to be deleted from the list of memo of parties.
Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file amended memo of
parties within two weeks from today.
Ld. Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3 and 5 submits
that he intends to file reply to the present revision petition. The
said request is allowed. Reply (if any) to the present revision
petition be filed on or before the next date of hearing with its
advance copy to the other side.
