17.12.2025, Ld. Presiding Officer is holding the Court through Virtual Mode
today.

Sh. Aftaab Khan and Sh. Arbaz, Ld. Counsels for the
applicant/accused.

Arguments heard on anticipatory bail application of the
applicant namely Manish Jain
As per the reply to the bail application, the present
applicant/accused had directed Jyoti to transfer Rs. 80,000/- further to the
account of his friend Akash out of the total Rs. 90,000/- received in her
account, as it is stated that she was to be paid a sum of Rs. 10,000/- by the
accused/applicant. However, as on date, the entire cheated amount has been
received back by the complainant.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant/accused submits that the
accused has joined the investigation in the present case, however, Ld. Addl.
PP for State as well as the current IO submit that he has not joined the
investigation and NBWs have also been issued against him.
In these circumstances, applicant/accused is directed to join
the investigation on 23.12.2025 at 02:00 PM. No coercive action be taken

against the applicant/accused till the next date of hearing, if the accused
joins investigation on 23.12.2025.
Put up for 19.01.2026.
