plaintiff.
None for the defendant.
Replication has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff.
None is responding on behalf of the defendant.
However, it is reported by the
Ahlmad that the WS has been e-filed
by the defendant, a copy thereof is procured and placed on record.
Pleadings are complete.
Instead of wasting time any further, I deem it
appropriate to proceed ahead.
Accordingly, following issues are framed:
i. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to seek relief of
declaration as prayed for in the prayer clause (a)? OPP
ii. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to seek damages to the
tune of Rs.20,00,000/- from the defendant? OPP
iii. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to seek relief of
permanent injunction as prayed for in the prayer clause
(c)? OPP
iv. Whether the defendant is liable to deliver up all the
documents, electronic data including copies thereof
along with the property belonging to the plaintiff which
is in the possession, custody or control of the
defendant? OPP
v. Relief.

No other issues arises or is being pressed for.
List of witnesses be filed by both the sides within a
week from today with advance copy to the other side.
The plaintiff is directed to file affidavit in evidence at
least one week prior to the NDOH with advance copy to the other
side to facilitate cross-examination.
Now to come up for PE in the matter on 29.10.2026.
