Present transfer petition has been filed seeking
transfer of case bearing no.6859/18 titled, “IREDA vs
Saradambika Power Plant Pvt. Ltd.” pending in the court of
Ms.Anjali Singh, Ld. JMFC (NI Act)-03, New Delhi District,
PHC to the court of Sh. Aridaman Singh Cheema, Ld. JMFC-03,
New Delhi District, PHC where three other matters between the
same parties are pending.
Ld. Counsel for respondent submits that she has no
objection if the case is transferred to the court of Sh. Aridaman
Singh Cheema, Ld. JMFC-03, New Delhi District, PHC.
Heard. Considering the facts and circumstances as
pleaded in the application, for the sake of convenience and to
save precious judicial time and in view of no objection of counsel
for respondent, present application is allowed.

Accordingly, case bearing no.6859/18 titled,
“IREDA vs Saradambika Power Plant Pvt. Ltd.” is withdrawn
from the court of Ms.Anjali Singh, Ld. JMFC (NI Act)-03, New
Delhi District, PHC and is transferred to the court of
Sh.Aridaman Singh Cheema, Ld. JMFC-03, New Delhi District,
PHC for adjudication and disposal as per law.
Ahlmad of the transferor court is directed to send
the file, complete in all respects, to the transferee court for
17.12.2025.
Parties are directed to appear before the court of
Sh.Aridaman Singh Cheema, Ld. JMFC-03, New Delhi District,
PHC on 17.12.2025.
Copy of order be sent to both the courts.
Transfer petition is accordingly disposed of and be
consigned to the record room.
