Concerned Jail Superintendent is directed to file medical status report positively on or before the NDOH. In the meantime, concerned Jail Superintendent is directed to provide the best medical treatment to the applicant as per rules / jail manual. In case the applicant is in emergency need of -- 1 of 2 -- : 2 : medical treatment, the concerned Jail Superintendent be provide the same from the Government Hospital as per rules / jail manual.
