Ld. Counsel for applicant submits that as per
information the medical report of the applicant is not in

accordance with the treatment given to the applicant and there is
fabrication and for the purpose of verification the proper medical
treatment documents be called.
Accordingly, Jail Superintendent is directed to file
relevant medical documents i.e. treatment prescriptions on the
relevant dates as shown in the medical status report on or before
NDOH positively as well as the present medical condition of the
applicant.
Copy of the order be given dasti and be also send to
Jail Superintendent concerned for information and necessary
action.
In the meantime, the compliance of order dated
24.09.2026, the directions given for medical treatment to the
applicant be also complied with.
Put up on 06.10.2026. Date is given as per the
convenience of Ld. Counsels.
