This is the regular bail application filed on behalf of
applicant/accused Fateh Singh Gurjar.
Present: Sh. Vikas, Ld. Add. PP for the State.
Sh Vikas Arora, Ld. counsel for the applicant/
accused.
Accused is present on interim bail.
Sh. Kunal Madaan, Ld. counsel for complainant.
Complainant alongwith Sh. Ishan Ahuja is present
through VC.
It is submitted by counsel for both the parties that
the matter has been amicably settled between them. It is
submitted that they have executed settlement agreement in this
regard. It is submitted by both the parties that the complainant
has agreed to cooperate during the quashing / compounding of
the present FIR / offence qua the applicant.

It is submitted by the counsel for the complainant
that accused has complied with condition No. 1 of the order
dated 18.12.2024 and has transferred the amount of Rs.4,00,000/-
in the account of the complainant through RTGS.
Considering the fact that the accused has complied
with the condition No. 1 as imposed vide order dated
18.12.2024; the matter has been settled between the parties, let
the applicant be released on regular bail subject to furnishing
PB/SB in the sum of Rs.50,000/- to the satisfaction of Ld.
JMFC/Link JMFC/Duty JMFC. The other terms and conditions
mentioned in the order dated 18.12.2024 shall remain the same.
Nothing stated herein above shall tantamount as an
expression of opinion on the merits of the case. The copy of the
order be given dasti to the Ld. counsel for accused / applicant and
one copy of the order be sent to concerned Jail Superintendent.
Application is disposed off accordingly.
