Heard. Perused.
Vide order dated 19.10.2022, the main accused Ashu Chauhan was
granted bail in this case by the Ld. ASJ-04, Patiala House, New Delhi (Roaster
Judge).
There is no specific allegation to say that the role of the present
applicant / accused is more than or different than the main accused Ashu
Chauhan.
In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case,
on the grounds of parity, the applicant / accused Dilip Kumar Pandey S/o
Sh. Ambika Pandey is allowed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest
on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety in the
like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/ Arresting officer / Ld. MM/Ld. Link
MM/ Ld. Duty MM concerned, further subject to the following conditions :-
(1) That the applicant / accused will not try / influence /
contact any witnesses.
(2) That the applicant / accused will join investigation as and
when directed by the IO; and

(3) That the applicant / accused will not try / influence the
investigation in any manner whatsoever.
The observations make herein shall not tantamount to the
expression of opinion on merits of this case.
Copy of this order be given dasti to the parties.
