This is the regular bail application filed on behalf of
applicant/accused Kishori Lal Sharma.
Present: Sh. Vikas, Ld. Add. PP for the State.
Sh. Manish Sharma, Ld. Defence counsel for
applicant / accused.
Accused is present on interim bail.
IO/SI Opendar Singh is present.
It is submitted by the counsel for the applicant that
applicant has got prepared the FDR for the sum of Rs.50,000/-,
which he shall deposit before the Ld. JMFC today itself. Copy of
the FDR placed on record. Let the original FDR be deposited
before the Ld. JMFC in compliance of order dated 16.12.2024.
Since the accused has complied with the condition
No. 1 as imposed vide order dated 16.12.2024, let the applicant
be released on regular bail subject to furnishing PB/SB in the
sum of Rs.50,000/- to the satisfaction of Ld. JMFC/Link
JMFC/Duty JMFC. The other terms and conditions mentioned in
the order dated 16.12.2024 shall remain the same.

Nothing stated herein above shall tantamount as an
expression of opinion on the merits of the case. The copy of the
order be given dasti to the Ld. counsel for accused / applicant and
one copy of the order be sent to concerned Jail Superintendent.
Application is disposed off accordingly.
