Present: Sh. Vineet Aggarwal, ld. Counsel for husband with
husband in person.
Sh. Yashpreet Singh, ld. Counsel for file with wife
in person.
These are two cross appeals filed by the parties
against each other against the order dated 18.10.2024. On last
date of hearing, the right of the husband to file reply in the appeal
filed on behalf of wife was closed.
It is submitted by the counsel for husband that he
has filed an application seeking permission to place on record the
reply of the husband. Copy supplied.
It is submitted by the counsel for wife that he has no

objection, if, the reply filed on behalf of husband to CA
No.293/24 is taken on record. Accordingly, the reply filed by the
husband is taken on record.
It is submitted by the counsel for wife that his appeal
be treated as reply to the appeal filed by the husband.
Heard part arguments on behalf of counsels for both
the parties.
TCR be summoned two days prior to the NDOH.
