This is upon an application U/s 439 Cr. PC filed on
behalf of accused/applicant Rashid seeking bail.
Present : Sh. Shiv Kumar, Ld. Substitute PP for the State alongwith
SI Vivek Singh.
Sh. Akash Dhawan, Ld. Counsel for accused/applicant.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for accused/applicant that
accused/applicant is already on interim bail till 05.11.2023 and under
instructions, at this stage, he wishes to withdraw the present bail
application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn as not
pressed for with liberty to file afresh. His statement to this effect has
been recorded separately.
In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for the
applicant/accused, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn
with liberty as prayed for.
At request, copy of order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel
