This is an application u/s 483 BNSS filed on behalf of
applicant/accused Ashish Shishir for grant of regular bail.
Present: Sh. Irfan Ahmed, Ld. Addl. PP for State.

Ld. counsel for applicant/accused.
IO has placed on record the explanation regarding
Investigation Status and Conduct of Insp. Pramod as filed by
DCP, Vigilance.
It seems that this report has been filed in view of
order dated 30.10.2025 of Ld. Predecessor.
IO Insp. Pramod has submitted that investigation has
since been transferred from him and new IO is ACP Vinay Malik.
It has been further submitted that present applicant
was arrested as a Proclaimed Offender on 09.10.2025, charge-
sheet qua him has so far not been filed, however, Ld. Addl. PP
has submitted that to know the complete facts of the case, the
main charge-sheet where the applicant/accused would have been
mentioned in Column No. 12 of the main charge-sheet be
summoned for NDOH.
Upon request of Ld. Addl. PP, let TCR be
requisitioned for NDOH.
