Present is an application moved on behalf of
applicant/accused Lawrence for grant of bail.
Reply filed to the bail application.
It is alleged against the applicant/accused that he
committed theft in the premises of the complainant and was arrested
at the spot with the stolen articles.
Applicant/accused is in custody since 19.09.2022. No
previous involvement of applicant/accused has been shown,
therefore, no purpose would be served by keeping the accused behind
the bars.
Considering the nature of allegations and period of
incarceration, applicant/accused Lawrence is admitted to bail on his
furnishing PB/SB in the sum of Rs.25,000/ each subject to the
satisfaction of Ld. MM/Duty MM/Link MM.
Application is disposed off accordingly.
