Counsel for the appellant submits before the court
that during the pendency of the present appeal, the respondent
have issued the Attachment Order, where an amount of Rs. 97
Lakhs (approx) is withdrawn from the account of the appellant
without any authority of law and during the pendency of the
present appeal.
Counsel for respondent submits that he needs
sometime to verify the facts of the case. The orders of Hon’ble
High Court of Delhi dated 06.10.2005 is brought to the notice of
the counsel that the assessment orders were directed to be re-
assessed within three months. However, it is not done till date.
Moreover, there is a time period of three years for assessment
orders to be passed, wherein the present matter, which is pending
for 22 years and is covered in the ratio of
Ved Marwah’
case .
Counsel for respondent is directed to seek

instructions within two days and to apprise the court on
