This is an application filed on behalf of applicant Sajjan
seeking return of his mobile phone and purse seized by the police during his
personal search, pending adjudication.

Applicant in person.
Heard. Record perused.
As per reply filed by the Inspector Balbir Singh, one mobile
phone Make Nodika Model 200 White Colour was recovered from the
possession of accused Sajan at the time of his arrest during personal search.,
however, no purse/wallet was recovered from his possession.
As per record, vide judgment dated 30.01.2025 passed by Ld.
Predecessor, the applicant was acquitted for the charged offences punishable
under Section 498A/304B/34 IPC. Period of appeal has already been lapsed
and no letter regarding appeal has been received from Hon’ble High Court
of Delhi yet.
In these circumstances, the present application is allowed.
Jamatalashi articles as mentioned in the Personal Search Memo of the
applicant be released to him against due acknowledgment and after
verification of identity and ownership.
Application is accordingly disposed of.
Copy of the order be given dasti to applicant, as prayed for.
