Roster for bail applications pertaining to PS Cyber Cell is with
Sh. Dhirendra Rana, ASJ-07, PHC, New Delhi and the present
application has to be listed before the concerned court.
On perusal of order dated 16.10.2025, the
observation of the Ld. ASJ-07, PHC, New Delhi was as follows:
“As the Ld. Roster Judge, ASJ-04, Patiala House Courts, New
Delhi is posted in this Court, therefore, it will be appropriate if
the present application be put up before the concerned Ld.
Roster Judge, ASJ-04, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.
Accordingly, the present application be placed before the Court
of Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge, New Delhi District,
Patiala House Courts, New Delhi for 25.10.2025 at 2.00 pm for
passing appropriate orders.”

Considering the fact that Presiding Officer Ms.
Kiran Gupta, Ld. ASJ-04, PHC, New Delhi has been transferred
from this court vide order dated 17.10.2025 of the Hon’ble High
Court of Delhi and the undersigned has succeeded the present
court.
Accordingly, the submission of Ld. Addl. PP is
hereby accepted and the present matter be sent to Ld. Principal
District & Sessions Judge, NDD, PHC for necessary direction.
On request of the Ld. Counsel for the applicant, the
present matter be listed before the court of Ld. Principal District
& Sessions Judge, NDD, PHC for 28.10.2025 at 02:00 PM.
The parties are directed to appear before the Court of
Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge, NDD, PHC for
