These are three separate anticipatory bail applications under
Section 438 Cr. PC moved on behalf of applicants C. Janaki Lakshmi Bai,
Sweta Barnwal and Pawan Kumar Thakur.
Reply under the signatures of SI Devender already filed.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
The complainant had made a complaint that her mobile
number was unauthorizedly changed by SBI, Sector-7, Dwarka Branch,
New Delhi and thereafter an amount of Rs.15,00,000/- was siphoned off
from the account of the complainant. The complainant has alleged that the
bank officials were also involved in conspiracy with the alleged fraudsters.
The applicants are the bank officials. During the course of
arguments it is submitted by the IO that the bank officials have been called
to join investigation to unearth the conspiracy. The IO has not yet gathered
the sufficient incriminating evidence to justify the arrest of the
applicants/accused persons.
The applicants/accused persons are ready and willing to
join the investigation. Taking into consideration the submissions made,

the applicants C. Janaki Lakshmi Bai, Sweta Barnwal and Pawan
Kumar Thakur are directed to join the investigation as and when
called by the IO. IO/SHO concerned is directed to serve seven days
advance notices in case the applicants/accused persons are required to
be arrested.
With these observations, present applications under Section
438 Cr. PC for grant of anticipatory bail moved on behalf of
applicants/accused persons C. Janaki Lakshmi Bai, Sweta Barnwal and
Pawan Kumar Thakur are disposed off.
Copy of this order be given dasti to Ld.counsel for applicants.
