These are two separate revision petitions against the order
dated 05.08.2024 and 19.09.2024. Vide order dated 05.08.2024
the right of the petitioner (accused therein) to lead defence
evidence has been closed. Vide order dated 19.09.2024, his
application for review of the order dated 05.08.2024 has been
dismissed and the matter is at the stage of final disposal.
Heard detailed arguments on both the petitions. In the
interest of justice, the order dated 05.08.2024 and 19.09.2024 are
set aside to the extent whereby the right of the petitioner to lead
defence evidence has been closed subject to cost of Rs. 10,000/-

each in both the petitions (both the complaints). The said cost
shall be paid by the petitioner to the counsel for respondent. Only
one opportunity shall be granted to the petitioner for leading
defence evidence.
Both the petitions are disposed off accordingly.
Both the files be consigned to record room.
Copy of the order be given dasti.
