through video-conferencing.
Sh.J.K. Sinha, Ld. Counsel for the defendant
through video-conferencing.
Counsel for the defendant submits that he has
received the complete set of plaint and documents on 17.02.2024
and filed the written statement before this Court on 01.03.2024
and supplied the copy of the same to the counsel for the plaintiff.
Perusal of the statement of truth so filed shows that there is a
defect in the same. Counsel for the defendant fairly submits that
it is an inadvertent mistake and he will file the corrected
statement of truth on or before the next date of hearing.
Replication be filed by plaintiff along with statement
of truth and affidavit of admission and denial of documents,
within statutory period of 45 days of receipt of copy of written
statement, if any. Advance copy be given.
There is also an application under Order VII Rule 10
CPC. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he needs some time to
file reply to the same. Let reply be filed with advance copy to the
opposite party.

Put up this matter for reply and arguments on the
application under Order VII Rule 10 CPC, framing of issues and
case management hearing.
Renotify the matter again on 09.07.2024.
