On perusal of plaint it is observed that the suit
property is situated in Nasirpur, West Sagarpur. As per as per the
notification no. F.6/33/89Judl./Vol.I/814824 dated 17.10.2012
Nasirpur falls under Revenue Division Dwarka, South West
District. Therefore, this Court does not have the territorial
jurisdiction over the matter.
Accordingly, subject to retention of certified copies
on record, the plaint alongwith the entire set of the documents be
returned to the plaintiff for presentation before the appropriate
forum.
File be consigned to record room.
