File taken up today as defendant had e-filed two applications,
first (I.A.no.2/26) seeking substitution of new AR Sh. Varinder
Pal Singh Farwaha in place of previous AR Ms. Sonia Ahuja
Mirg and second (I.A.3/26) u/s 151 CPC seeking early hearing
and hard copy thereof have been placed in the judicial file.
Present: Ms. Alisha, Ld. Counsel for the
applicant/defendant (through VC).
Sh. Anubhav Tyagi, Ld. Counsel for the non-
applicant/plaintiff (through VC).
Heard. Perused.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant/defendant has stated
that the advance copy of both the applications were served upon
the Ld. Counsel for the non-applicant/plaintiff .
Ld. Counsel for the applicant/defendant has further
stated that the matter is fixed before the Ld. Local Commissioner
for recording of DE on 25.08.2026.
Ld. Counsel for the non-applicant/plaintiff has no
objection to the said application.
Arguments on the first application for substitution of
AR(I.A. no. 2/26) have been addressed by the Ld. Counsel of the
defendant/non-applicant. In view of the reasons stated therein,
and in view of the fact that the application is supported with copy
of GPA in favour of the new AR, the application (I.A. 2/26) is
allowed and Sh. Varinder Pal Singh Farwaha is permitted to be
substituted as new AR of the applicant/defendant. The
application is disposed of accordingly.
As regards, the second application for early hearing

u/s 151 CPC (I.A. no. 3/26), the same is dismissed as withdrawn
at request of the Ld. Counsel for the applicant/defendant. The
said application also stands disposed of accordingly.
Re-notify the main matter on the date already fixed
i.e., 23.09.2026 before this Court.
