Business: Fresh-e filed suit is received by random allocation. In the course of submissions, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has given statement to withdraw this suit with liberty to file afresh appropriately on same cause of action, of course subject to law of limitation as suit is suffering from some technical defects. He also prayed for refund of Court fees and return of original documents subject to filing of their self attested copies. In view of the aforesaid statement of Ld.
