Debtor through video conferencing.
Ms. Surbhi once again sought adjournment and time
to file vakalatnama as well as certain objection. The request was
declined, because court cannot act as per sweet will of JDs. The
decree in question is based on the settlement recorded before
Hon’ble Delhi High Court Mediation Centre. One of the party to
the settlement Mr. Shailendra Bhaduria, who is also chairman of
other JD, i.e. M/s Pratap University, is stated to be residing
within territorial jurisdictio of this court. Record also shows that
all the JDs were served and Ms. Surbhi has appeared for them,
but JDs have not opted to make the payment apparently. It is well
apparent that JDs are deliberatly trying to avoid payment and to
gain time. Mr. Mayank sought warrants of attachment against Mr.
Bhaduria, in response to which Ms. Surbhi states that the
residential property of Mr. Bhaduria should not be attached.
However, on account of conscious definace on the part of JD/Sh.
Shailendra, I deem it fit to issue warrants of arrest against Mr.
Shailendra Bhaduria on filing of PF and receipt of subsistence
allowance for 15 days by DH. Receipt of subsistence allowance
shall be filed along with PF within three days from today.

DH shall appear before ld. ACJ on 09.03.2026.
DH to appear before this court on 18.03.2026.
