Present: Sh. Mayank Maini and Sh. Ankit Verma, ld. counsels for Decree Holders along with Sh. Jag Pravesh Kumar, AR of Decree Holders. Ms. Swati Surbhi, ld. counsel for Judgment Debtors along with Sh. Lavkush Agrahari, AR of Judgment Debtors. Mr. Jag Pravesh Kumar and Sh. Lavkush Agrahari, have given their joint statement on behalf of Decree Holders and Judgment Debtors, to say that both the parties have reached an amicable settlement, and to hand over certain DDs and cheques towards satisfaction of the settled amount between both the parties. Such joint statement has been given in respect of three separate execution petitions including present one. In view of the joint statement given, this petition is disposed of as satisfied with liberty to the Decree Holders to file fresh execution petition, if such occasion arises in the back drop of default in compliance as per joint statement given today.
